Ignite Case Lab: Sharpen Your Clinical Reasoning with Real Patient Cases
Weekly group clinician meetings on YOUR patients.
Clinical reasoning improves more quickly when you talk through real patients.
Most clinicians spend the majority of their professional development learning alone.
But clinical decision-making improves most when you can:
hear how other clinicians approach complex cases
test your own reasoning
see multiple perspectives on the same patient
Without that environment, it’s easy to feel like you’re solving difficult cases entirely on your own.
Case Lab was built to create that space.
How It Works:
A clinician presents a real patient case based on a rotating schedule
Members will share patient history, exam findings, and challenges they are facing.
The group works through the case together with Dr. Sean Harris
Members ask questions, explore differential diagnoses, and discuss potential management strategies.
Mentorship and feedback.
Clinicians receive insights and mentorship they can immediately apply to patients on their caseload.
Additional Special Topics from Dr. Sean Harris
After every three patient presentations, listen in to a special topic lecture.

Testimonials
-
"Sean was a big influence on not only my practice as a PT, but also in how I mentor my residents and students."
“He is able to help his mentees navigate uncertainty and complexity, and takes the time to get to know you better as a person to better understand how to challenge you to grow. 10/10 would mentor under him again.”
-Pedro Migliano, PT, DPT, PhD(c), OCS

"Sean mentored me as a student, resident, colleague, and as a friend."
“His professional skill set and ability to tailor feedback to each of those progressing stages of my career are a testament to his greatest assets as a mentor. Sean not only taught me countless things along the way, but he also instilled in me the value of taking pride in what I do and recognize the impact I have on others’ lives. One example of Sean’s first-class character is his mission to break down barriers in the healthcare system, both for the provider and the patient. Mentorship is just one way he is working towards materializing that change. Sean shows up ready to be fully present, to deliver his best, and perhaps even use a good old metaphor to drive his point home.”
-Sienna Kahlden, PT, DPT, OCS
-
"Mentoring with Sean was one of the biggest catalysts for professional development in my career as a PT."
“Sean has a unique knack for listening, knowing exactly where to dive in, and creating a thought-provoking learning environment. Through Sean’s mentorship I not only developed the ability to critically reason through any situation but grew as a professional in my ability to formulate thoughts and speak concisely in a manner that uplifts all. Even 8 years out, I still find myself seeking his mentorship and routinely re-visiting the thought processes his guided me down.
-Ellie Parker, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS
-
"Sean is one of the most thoughtful, intentional mentors I have ever worked with!"
“He is patient and can meet you where you’re at to ensure that you’re able to truly master the content at hand. He’s also a really nice, fun person which makes the learning experience ten times better!”
-Taylor Cole, PT, DPT, OCS
-
"Sean is definitely one of the best mentors I've ever had."
“He is a wealth of knowledge, but knows how to simplify it down when you are learning a new concept (especially as a student or new PT). He knows how to challenge your thinking and asks questions that lead you to be the one to get to the answer. I always took multiple things away from mentoring with him. I would love to have him mentor me with every challenging patient if it were possible!”
-Alexis Shoope, PT, DPT, OCS
-
"The breadth and depth of Sean's expertise is virtually unparalleled in our field."
“He is in a unique position, as he has sought out the highest training and credentialing in all areas of his practice. This makes him the ideal mentor for everything from clinical reasoning to medical management to exercise prescription. Working with him was undoubtedly the best decision I’ve made for my professional development.”
-Mara Hochman, PT, DPT, OCS
